BA: kinda impressed but not quite

Even though you managed to mess up your much glamorized and publicized grand opening of terminal five, you found the manpower/computer power to inform me three days in advance of the cancellation of my trip. (let other airlines watch and LEARN)

I thank you for the lovely and much appreciated April's fool stint, only it wasn't

You've managed to alienate around 28,000 customers who are still waiting on a fresh change of underwear

You've managed to confuse another million or so other customers, whom are still debating whether to pack a carry-on or a check-in bag
